Dehydration The importance of water: Are you drinking enough?
Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day? Tips for avoiding dehydration: Keep a water bottle at your work station and in your car and sip frequently. Drink a large glass of water immediately after getting out of bed. Reuse plastic soft drink bottles by refilling them with water and keep several in your refrigerator. Have an extra glass of water with each meal.
