Insurance Coverage

Many insurance companies cover chiropractic care and do not require you to see the company's health care providers. For individuals and families that do not have insurance, we offer payment plans to accommodate most people's budgets.

Dr. Kish is not a provider for any local HMO's, although some HMO policies allow you to seek treatment from providers outside of the HMO. This may be indicated on your insurance card as "POS" (point of service) or "extended" plan. Please verify coverage with your insurance provider.

Chiropractic coverage is defined in your personal policy with your insurance provider. To verify that your insurance will cover care provided by Dr. Kish, please contact your insurance company.
